When I think of nostalgia from my childhood, I think of Village Pizza. I can’t count how many times I’ve had it and one thing I can say is that it’s very reliable! You know you will get the same foot and quality time in and time out. While it may not be the best food in the whole world, it is high quality and the staff also make it worth it. They also have a variety of gluten free options, which is a plus!

Cactus Bistro is an adorable place especially the outside patio. The Penne alla vodka, pollo poblano, and seafood and eggplant dishes were all delicious. They also have options for gluten-free pizza and pasta, which is a big plus. Free bread too! The staff at Cactus Bistro are fantastic - friendly and hardworking. It's worth noting that the restaurant has only been open for a month, so they're still finding their rhythm. Despite this, I'm pleased to have a new dining option in this area where there aren’t many!

I was at this location for the first time to get a haircut next door. Since the ice cream parlor was here, I couldn’t pass it up. It was a treat. I got a Reese’s Sundae and it was delicious, and huge. I had to bring half of it home. My wife, who is allergic to gluten and dairy, was happy to find they had options for her as well. She got a vegan vanilla ice cream and it was one of the best dairy, gluten free ice creams she’s ever had. I tried some too and it was delicious.
