We had 2 x battered haddock and chips and a gluten free battered cod to takeaway. All three of us enjoyed them. My haddock was a good sized portion, perfectly cooked, tasty and seemed very fresh. Chips OK but I only ate about half a dozen of them as the haddock filled me up. Price was reasonable, so was the time to be served. Premises seemed clean and tidy, so did the 'restaurant' which is a basic seating area.

After a long day travelling around the Lake District, we needed to rest and eat. We'd had a lovely walk around the harbour and saw Zest Harbourside. I'd already noticed they had gluten-free options, and as I'm gluten intolerant, I was happy to see they had some really good choices. We asked if our dogs were allowed, and they were so welcoming. The dogs were given biscuits and a bowl of water. Perfect! The food was amazing, and all of the staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive. It's so nice to find gluten-free and dog friendly with fab food. Definitely recommend.

Ate last night and got the fish sharing platter and was amazing! The sourdough gluten free bread was best ive ever had! Staff were really attentive and Helpful and even asked the chefs where i could get the bread myself for home(as i have to est gluten free) sadly ive forgotten the name now but will pop in when passing! My partner enjoyed his waygu burger and said it was next level. I had rump steak which was awesome and locally sourced! Cocktails were brilliant and the staff even had gluten free peroni-nothing was too much trouble! Sadly no room for desert but wont be long untill we are back! Decor was lovely and didnt feel like we were sitting in our local town. Especially what was our old buss station! Will be back to see yous soon! Definately reccommend! X
