We came to Miller and Carter (Poultin-le-fylde) on the way back from blackpool airshow. We were greeted and served by Paul, who has to be one of the best waiters we’ve had. He was so down to earth, very friendly, good conversation and was very thorough when it comes to allergies. I’m coeliac and he made sure my food all came out separately. The service was very professional and the food was far better than any other miller and carters we've been to back home (Leicester) Thankyou for a wonderful experience/meal Paul

Had a Goats Cheese salad and Spicy Garlic Bread. A level up from Booths cafe would reccomend a visit. Spot on. Gluten free options for my wife.

Well what can I say except love this place .... I'll comment abit more too for those coeliac suffers out there; this restaurant could not do enough... Soo provincent and skillfully in all areas, polite and understood the procedures required for my annoying disease. I applause them all from waiter to chefs management and bar staff; everyone. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Had a great time, ambiance was lovely. As I started this review I will end it by saying I loved this place... You need to visit you won't be disappointed But you need to book as it's very popular, understandably. Regards Deborah and Anthony

One of the best lamb curries I've ever had! Unlike a lot of curries in England that feel oily and heavy with an overload of spice without flavour, this had distinct notes of flavour separation with amazingly tender lamb. They can accommodate gluten intolerance too which is appreciated. Felt very welcome and was like getting a home cooked meal, definitely dont skip out on this gem:)
