Took my wife here for a lunch date. I’m a foodie, she is strictly gluten free. Our lunch was phenomenal! The overall experience is really cool because it’s in a house so not a typical chain vibe. The service was great. I can’t say enough good things. Also it’s BYOB so great way to save money and be creative

The menu at Little Miami is extremely limited, but what they do serve is great! I've honestly enjoyed everything that I've ever eaten there. The gluten free pizza crust is especially tasty. This is one of those, " order at the bar and they'll bring it to your table" places and the line to order is ALWAYS long. Do not make the mistake of leaving your tab open, or else you will have to wait in an extremely long line again to pay your bill at the end of the night. The beer there is fine, but nothing that makes it stand out from any other Brewery in the Cincinnati area. What makes little Miami special and so popular, is its location on the banks of the little Miami River. It's a great place to sit outside and watch the kayakers float by.

Absolutely wonderful staff and service. Very few places we can safely eat due to severe food allergies/disease (celiac). Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.
