Family Service ! I’m from Massachusetts just passing through. The gentlemen made me feel like family ! Gluten-free Pizza !!!! They even give you your own pizza cutter so your pizza is cross contaminates. The pizza it self was excellent. Crust was light. NOT oily or chewy. Ingredients are all top Notch. Can’t say enough good about the service either. A must stop for Pizza !

I have lived in Millstone since 2005 and I am a loyal customer to Vesuvio's. Prior to moving here, I lived in Monroe and recall stopping at this little pizza joint on my way to Great Adventure (Six Flags) and always recall how great the pizza is. Once I moved to town my perception of this great pizza joint evolved into being an amazing family friendly restaurant that loves their community. I saw a post about political views and that could not be further from the truth. The Costagliola Family is always there for the community, supporting everything from residents that lose power to sponsoring local childrens activities/sponsorship's. The pizza is fantastic, thin and crispy. Its always on point and the new bar pies are a wonderful addition. The dinners are delicious and enough for left overs. Pasta's are all fantastic and they make the best broccoli rabe. They easily accommodate dietary restrictions with a gluten free menu and low carb (Sausage and Broccoli Rabe is highly recommended). And I cannot say enough great things about Nick's Place. What a fantastic addition to our community. Great drinks, fantastic bartenders, and a friendly vibe. I encourage everyone to check it out, friendly family service always with a smile.

Great food first time there. Had gluten free pizza and the family had other pizzas along with appetizers. We all thought it was so good the pizza reminded us of how it is in Italy. Will be back again loved it!
