My husband and I stopped into Ulele last week after a celebration of life ceremony in Tampa. We heard great things about this place, and it did not disappoint. Our server Dan, was AWESOME! He was really warm and accommodating. I recently developed Celiac disease, so I have to be very careful with what I eat. Dan went through the menu and explained everything in detail. Our entrees were outstanding.
My husband and I both work for Disney, so we know hospitality, and we recognize great service. Dan went above and beyond. We'll be back soon, and we'll be sure to recommend Ulele to all our friends and co-workers back in Orlando!
Great vibes, nice staff. Tons of vegan options. I appreciate they offer a gluten free wrap and wheat free bread to substitute. I ordered the vegan breakfast wrap and sandwich to be gluten free and after receiving my order I realized the bacon likely was wheat based so I didn't eat it to be safe. It would be so helpful if the menu was more clear about labeling gluten ingredients and which items can be modified or not. My husband ate the vegan bacon and said it was rubbery, bland, and off putting. It's a storebought brand but there are way better options out there. I so greatly appreciate the variety of vegan/GF offerings but the food was overall disappointing this time. Will try again but avoid the bacon.
Service was super friendly and they make their own pasta! You get a great amount and it was very tasty. Definitely coming back. Oh and they have gluten free pasta
Very very good!! 👏 I have a gluten allergy and everything is clearly marked. Make sure you mention it when ordering because they will put a little piece of cone on your cup otherwise.
had the autumn harvest bowl, served by my adorable tattooed celiac pal and an unsweetened fruit pop in a can.
Delicious. It was not quite enough for my second and final meal with walk to and from. Bought a share size peanut butter snickers on the walk home. Unrelated: Tampa doesn’t really do sidewalks.
