Service was great, quality of food seemed good too. But food was dry, quantities disproportional and pieces were cut so big or put as a whole (like tomatoes, cucumbers etc) that felt like not much time went into preparing it. Food also came on a plastic bowl (dining in). Having a dog we sat outside and unfortunately only noticed that the outside area smelled bad after ordering the food. For the atmosphere and overall food it is pricey, and unfortunately I can’t recommend, which is a bummer, as someone that has a gluten allergy I wish we had loved it. Edit for response: I have tried the place at least 3 different times before sharing anything as I certainly appreciate a local business with fresh food that could be so convenient, unfortunately it hasn’t worked for me and I was very honest in my review as we don’t have to all agree. I would be certainly going a fourth to see if maybe it would be any different but in light of the response I take it will not be necessary. Wish you guys the best, as what might not work for me certainly might work for others.

Absolute favorite place in Ponte Vedra and St Augustine and we never miss an opportunity to dine there when we are in town. Great selection of ocean delicacies and very well executed. It’s a celiac’s dream…they have a gluten free fryer. Fish and chips, clam, oyster and soft shell crab fritters, whole fried fish, calamari. All that isn’t possible for the person avoiding gluten, but all possible here! Not to mention it’s also very pet friendly and one can arrive by boat. Servers are so friendly. Always make us feel at home. No wonder they’re always booked so make a reservation or arrive very early to avoid disappointment.

V Pizza holds a special place in our hearts. Being gluten free I had given up on pizza until they said “try us” and now it’s our go to, but it’s so much more than just pizza! The service is amazing, in every single location! It feels like home from the friendly smiles to the food to the cocktails. Tonight was no exception, the holidays are so stressful and tonight I needed a night “off” we headed to Julep and Laurel was our amazing sweet server, we opted for the Grow a Pear cocktail and I had to pace myself, I could have finished this (and five more) in quick succession! Easily one of the best cocktails we’ve had there! Thank you V Pizza for EVERYTHING you do! Merry Christmas!

The best ambiance! We love Valley Smoke for family dinners and for bringing friends who are visiting. The staff is always super friendly and the environment is great. Being vegan and gluten free I love that there are meal options besides just a salad. Extra perk is being right off the ICW watching boats go by and taking in the beauty!
