When I tried to order a gluten free Kaisy (which is advertised on their menu and I’ve ordered several times before) I was told that they were “not making them.” When I asked why, and if this was a temporary change in the menu or permanent I was not offered any reason whatsoever…in fact there was basically silence on the other end of the phone. As I pressed the issue, I was met with more silence and was never offered the courtesy of an apology. This is more than an issue of not being able to order a Kaisy, we have had other service issues before. However, we kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but that will no longer be the case.

Celiac safe haven! The meals are made to order and they offer gluten free pasta 💕 they took the most care with my meal to ensure it was COMPLETELY gluten free!

Delicious! Really nice guy helping us. Got the coconut with blueberries, strawberries, gluten free granola and PB and the açaí with banana, strawberries, cacao nibs and almond butter and both were excellent. Thanks for the little free waters! What a treat.

I had a fantastic experience at Plaza Mexico Restaurant! I called about an hour and a half before closing with a party of 12, and they had no trouble accommodating us. The staff was exceptionally accommodating regarding my children's gluten allergy, and the food was hot, fresh, and authentic. Our waiter was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was perfect and checking items for us. The drinks were cold and generously poured. To top it off, they made my birthday special by singing "Happy Birthday" at my friend’s request. I highly recommend Plaza Mexico Restaurant and look forward to returning on our next vacation!

The food is always delicious and lots of choices for dietary restrictions like gluten free. The cocktails are fantastic. Kiersten was our server and was very attentive and kind.
