One of my favorite brunch/lunch places! I have never been disappointed. And it’s impossible not to be tempted by their many wonderful bakery items, of which there are plenty of gluten-free items to choose from as well.
Food is solid and comforting, portions are generous. The vibe is also friendly- neither touristy nor pretentious (FWIW in Atwater, no hate). The physics space is really what sells us, the pre-Colombian themed murals, furniture, and decor set a great tone. The chilaquiles are served all day, and the sauce is delicious. Staff are kind and great communicators. My mother in law loved the filete, and they took care with her gluten free diet!
