Showed up to Red Robin 9/5/24 during lunch to a near-tantruming waitress in the bar area. The host kept seating people in her area, and instead of asking him to reseat or help, she spent the entire time complaining very loudly about everything. "I just want to run away" "I've already had a thousand dollars in sales, and I just got here", screaming into the kitchen, all while throwing the other waitress under the bus, and barking at her every time communication was attempted. Everyone seated in the bar area looked like scared school children, eating quietly and nervously. After 20 minutes of waiting at the bar to place a takeout order, we finally just place an online order. It took an additional 30 minutes for the same waitress to acknowledge that we had been waiting for awhile. She then hastily punched in our online order and messed it up (I have a gluten intolerance, put multiple gluten-free indicators, still got a wheat bun - wonder if anyone in that restertaunt ever had a loved-one ingest allergens because absolutely nobody at the resteraunt cared to clarify?? I wish I could have vomited in your parking lot but instead i ended up on the side of the road). Apprently, this was all the fault of every employee that refused to show up that day - LADY! Bartender, whatever you are, who refuses to wear her nametag, YOU are the reason they dont show up to work. And to the black shirt slow-moving manager, get another workhorse. She is ruining your staff. Never again.

Worst bread I've ever had, gluten free doesn't mean nasty. No mayo added, no extra lettuce or tomato as requested. Styrofoam would taste better.

Gluten free Pho! Absolutely delicious. The menu has lots of options that are all delicious and the restaurant smells amazing! Service was pretty good, and the food came faster than expected considering how incredibly packed it was. My only complaint would be that we were seated in the back room (only table left at the time) and even though they made an effort to paint the walls and make it nice it was pretty dark back there and it was clear that we were eating in a converted storage room. However, I’d continue to eat there even if that was the only choice of seats.

Fresh Fish, Fantastic service. Incredible menu. They are one of the only sushi restaurants who spicy tuna is gluten-free. So this opens up so much of menu. Also the entire staff is trained and knowledgeable about how to navigate gluten menu items. I was incredibly impressed. Phenomenal sushi rolls. Clean open floor plan. Loved it. We definitely will be back.
