I won a meal for 4 at the shefford Xmas raffle. Thought I'd try it out as I heard they do gluten free fish and chips. I've got to say it was absolutely lovely. I haven't had fish and chips in years and this was well worth the wait. I've been back since as well. Again, absolutely lovely. If you are gluten free, I can recommend.

This is one of my favourite gluten free restaurants in the area. They understand gluten free dietary requirements completely and are so accommodating. The service is amazing and personalised. The food is also great quality. If you have a gluten dietary requirements you are looked after here. There is no issue with contamination. Would 100% recommend. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had as a coeliac.

First visit and im very impressed. Lovely decor and staff and more importantly a huge selection of gluten free cakes and food- spoilt for choice. Rare in Shefford so will definitely be back!

Driving through and our granddaughter spotted this, was absolutely excellent and they fully understood gluten free. Delicious food, lovely presentation, friendly and helpful staff. Glad we got a table, was full when we left.

Yummy breakfast food and my GLUTEN FREE sandwich was delicious :) On behalf of the others who ate with me, there paninis were tasty but very small and the salad/crisps on the side were tiny portions too. A bit disappointing as its not cheap. On the bright side the staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is pretty relaxing and the service is fairly quick :)
