On Friday morning, May 2, I came accompanied by my dog ​​(42-kilo mastiff mix) and my partner with his dog (27-kilo Belgian). I went in to ask if we could enter because at the entrance it said that animals were allowed but you had to consult beforehand (which was totally understandable). I went in and the person who I think is the boss or person in charge told me "no big deal." I understand that my dog ​​is big and that I was not allowed entry, but I would like to clarify that my dog ​​is much calmer than any '"dog", "child" or person who may come to the premises. Given these rules, which we respect, we decided to return (because of the good reviews and because I am celiac). The next day, we returned with the smallest dog, 27 kilos, which is medium size. And when they entered and asked, they hesitated, as if the rules depended on how the person in charge had their day. Two very friendly people who were having a coffee said that they had no problem with the dog entering and for that reason they let us in to shop and have breakfast (a total of €31 for the purchase). The atmosphere in the cafeteria was bad, with negative "underhand" comments about the dog. The poor rating is due to the lack of clarity in the rules. It is not a "pet-friendly" cafeteria unless the "pet" weighs less than 5 kilos it seems. I hope you correct and put the dog's maximum weight limit in the entry and that you live with them to understand which dogs are calmer if that were the problem. Thank you.
