We have already gone several times. It is a fantastic restaurant for people with celiac disease and for their companions. The desserts are delicious, it seems incredible that they are gluten-free.

The gluten-free dough—light, crispy, perfectly golden—is a masterpiece that rivals (and surpasses!) many traditional versions. And the ingredients? Fresh, local, treated with respect and creativity. Each pizza is a declaration of love for the palate. The service is on another level. The Infraganti team not only understands dietary restrictions well, but they embrace them as a gastronomic challenge, and overcome them with flying colors. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and an irresistible aroma that accompanies you from the moment you enter until you leave, floating with happiness. If you're in the Vinalopó region and don't come to Infraganti, you're missing out on the best gluten-free pizza in the entire region—and possibly the country. And if you don't need to eat gluten-free, come anyway: your stomach won't notice the difference, but your soul certainly will.
