15€ for a tea and a waffle and everything is gluten free. I actually thought the price was okay since it was in the middle of the city, but not for what was delivered. The tea was okay so far and you had extra water so you had two teas. However, the waffle said that it was a waffle with white chocolate sauce and strawberries. The waitress translated it for me again and then you get the waffle with two different sauces. And I've had better waffles. Maybe the lady had a bad day today, but you could at least smile at the customers for a short time. Gluten-free and lactose-free, but with plasticizers, great. It also took ages until I could pay. Ultimately I went straight to her so I could finally pay.

A very nice first experience. Everything is perfect. I already want to go back. A 5-course menu, with food and wine pairing. Everything is executed to perfection. The pairings, the cooking... The setting is very charming. The reception was very good. The service very good. Quick at the start and a little slow towards the end (more than 25 min wait before dessert) I wonder if the desserts weren't ready (or took a long time to put together) or if they tried to make up for it the delay of the last tables arriving to serve everyone around the same time. Then, before dessert, dessert and sweets were served at the same time. No one had ever done that to me before. As a result, a 5-course menu, served in 4. However, the effect on the table was very successful. I think this is deliberate. For my taste, too many dairy products here and there. The bread, gluten-free of course, is exquisite. The recipe must have been refined over time for such an extraordinary result. What's more, according to the photos from their debut in 2020, which I was able to observe on their Instagram, we can clearly see the improvement in absolutely everything. Well done, continue to amaze us!
