They didn’t earn the title of the best gluten free pizza in the world by accident — they truly do have some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Plus they can also make all their dishes lactose free. I ordered a gf and lactose free pizza and it was fantastic. They even had gluten free bread for an appetizer. Will be going back any chance we get!

I ate excellently, as always, and the attention to celiac disease is top. I didn't find the super nice lady who welcomed us every time with a smile, friendliness and concern...rather a cold, pedantic waitress who didn't even come by to ask me if I wanted anything else, coffee, dessert, nothing. I saw the salamelecchi with known customers and tables... Not even a thank you, goodbye, is everything okay? Nothing, she disappeared after the first one, the gentleman at the register didn't even say hello. After years you can see the decline in style. And not only at my table, but also at the guys next to me.

Superb experience, delicious food and they really looked after my gluten free needs! Lots of choice on the menu. Had delicious gluten free bruschetta and a very tasty pizza, with exceptional warmth and friendliness from waiter Eduardo. A must visit if you are gluten free!

Cute American diner in Florence. I ate here many times as an American on a long trip through Europe on which I had recently fallen ill. Having such quintessential American food certainly made me feel better :) It was nostalgic of my hometown diners too. That aside, the service was good, the staff spoke good English and handled gluten-free exceptionally well. This place is safe for those with coeliac. There's a menu in English & Italian, and a gluten-free menu in Italian. My one complaint would be that the donuts are pretty dense and dry, but considering this is a diner, not a bakery, and they likely keep the donuts refrigerated—plus I got them takeout and ate them cold—I won't nitpick much. I suppose my one recommendation is to warm the donuts before eating.
