I have been celiac since birth, I ate a gluten-free focaccia with stracchino and sausage yesterday and I feel terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone with celiac disease.
Cozy place and friendly staff.
I went on the advice of a celiac friend and I had a great time: the waitress is very knowledgeable and kind and they are very attentive to the problem of contamination. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten, even my boyfriend really liked his "normal" one. We will definitely be back
Even if it is a Neapolitan-style pizza (soft), the ingredients are good and are also very available for people with celiac disease. I think the pizza is made thin and crunchy because it is more similar to the taste of the locals.
