Excellent food, super friendly and prompt service. They had an IPA on tap (bonus star!).
Also, while it's still Arcachon, the prices were more affordable than what you'd find on the boardwalk, for much better food and certainly better and more friendly service.
Best of all: they were able to accommodate our gluten free needs. It was one of the few restaurants in Arcachon that didn't suggest the salad when we asked for gluten free options.
All in all, highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs!

Fisherman's plate (3 oysters, 4 shrimps, 4 whelks,...lots of crushed ice, a little more oysters would be welcome) otherwise very good plain or garlic mayonnaise, bread, croutin (for homemade soup) and bread without gluten (nice little touch), very hearty and delicious foie gras, excellent hake steak (too bad there was no cod)

Awesome location right on the boulevard. They were able to cater to our gluten free needs though it did take quite a lot of back and forth with the (confused?) wait staff.
It's fairly expensive - in essence you pay for the premium AAA location, not for the food. But still recommended if that's what you're after.
