A+++ service, A+++ food, highly recommend!!! Customer service 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 My friend has severe gluten-intolerance and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. We will be coming here again for sure!

Was famished at 9:30pm and Mad Pattie’s seemed to be the only place open. The single staff member who I envision is the owner was more than friendly and helpful as I picked out my order. I have some allergies to gluten and dairy and he was patient pointing me towards the many suitable option. The potato gems were awesome and burger was juicy. I got the Mad Lot on a gf bun with no cheese. All of the ingredients individually were amazing especially the tomatoes which weren’t floury at all. It tasted great my only qualm was that it was slightly too soggy but I’d rather that then the opposite. My entire meal took ten minutes and I couldn’t be happier. I will 100% be returning. Love that they are open late at night

We are regulars at this hotel and have been for many years. The managers and staff are so friendly and welcome us like friends. They are also very accommodating with meals, making sure my meals are gluten free being coeliac. I have never had an issue with cross contamination. One manager in particular, Anastasia has gone above and beyond for us. She helped my husband set up a surprise for me for Valentine’s Day. They don’t treat you like you’re at a large establishment, they make you feel like you’re at a small country hotel where everyone knows everyone. Even through their busiest times and being short staffed, they have pushed through and kept the atmosphere of the hotel the same. We recommend this hotel often. And it’s amazing for little kids, the playground rivals a play centre!
