It was a great experience! Arrived and ordered at 9:30 Friday evening. The staff was attentive and several checked if I'd been helped while a server was clearing a table. Ordered the Traditional Poke bowl and sake. It did take 30 minutes for the dish to come out, but it was a pleasant wait watching several people coming and going. Many gluten free options as well as vegetarian. Excellent food quality and the server was knowledgeable about the sake and food. Would definitely come back!

The server caught that one of our dishes was not gluten free and had the chef remake it without. So incredibly sweet of her, thank you for catching our mistake and being so gracious about it!!!
The only place I could find that would accommodate gluten free sushi in town and they were so helpful. Great atmosphere and very clean! Highly recommend.
We love this place! They have excellent food and the sushi is both beautiful and delicious. GF tamari is on hand and I have great luck eating here even though I have a very severe gluten allergy. They are knowledgeable about is safe to order and will make substitutions. Also, their hibachi is perfect in every way and can also be made with GF tamari so.it dosage for eaters with celiac or gluten issues. 10 stars!

Roughly only took a half hour from the point of walking in the door to being done with my meal. Probably one of the better places in Pierre to eat in my opinion. Honestly it was a little bit of a struggle finding gluten free options at first, since their isn’t a separate menu you have to ask or be knowledge about the rolls and how they are different here. But the staff work with you and now that they’ve all dealt with it they navigate your options easier now. But the food is taste, the service is super strong as everyone will check in with you and how your meal is going, and the options are varied. I suggest the steak hibachi if you aren’t a sushi person.
