This is handsome the best place for gluten free sushi in Gilbert and Mesa! They take it very seriously and there is a completely separate preparation area with special utensils only used to prepared the gluten free rolls/food, so there is never any cross contamination. Every time they bring a gluten free item they state it’s gluten free and it also comes with a special skewer in the dish/roll. I’ve never gotten sick and every single GF roll is so delicious. Some of our favorite GF items are the badda bing roll (veggie and cream cheese), Grilled chicken skewer, Shrimp biskit, Get clucked, & Gordon gecko. My husband loves the East LA and Miso Horny. They do have a lot of options for kids… including a delicious orange chicken! Thank you SO much for making the best GF sushi in the area!

This was our first time to Buck & Rider and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience we had. Our waitress was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about their gluten free options since 3 of us have celiacs. We were very impressed with the many items that could be made without gluten! And also happy to be reassured the fryer was dedicated gluten free etc - they take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. We had our 10 and 14 year old children and the rest of the group was adults and everyone was very pleased with their dishes. The fish was so fresh and delicious and the steaks were perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. We tried several appetizers and salads and everything was fresh and healthy with lots of vegetables and nothing too heavy or overdone. The service was friendly and professional and efficient… our water glasses were frequently refilled which we appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Ordered from GrubHub - noted Gluten allergy and to omit any sauce with Soy Sauce in it... got my order with a note they included GF soy sauce for me! THANK YOU! I'll check this place out in person next time - food's great, fresh! <3

It's rare to find gluten free ramen places. It's even rarer to find a ramen place that understands Celiac disease and will modify the food to make sure your safe. I have been eating here a bunch while in town and will continue to do so.

Really enjoyed our meal here!!! I'm super grateful that the staff was knowledgeable about ingredients with gluten. I've just started eating gluten free and wasn't sure if they had GF items. My husband tried the shrimp udon, which looked delicious!!!! He loved it. I had the spicy tuna roll and they were absolutely excellent. I can't wait to return for another visit. I'm so glad we found this restaurant. It's going to be a go to for my sushi cravings.
