We had pizza and pasta, staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free processes and everything is made separately.

My boyfriend and I stopped here just after we arrived in Venice to get some lunch. The views were spectacular from the balcony seating right over the water. We had a fabulous bottle of champagne and ordered the carbonara (I ordered regular my boyfriend ordered gluten free). The food was absolutely delicious and we also ordered a gluten free diavlo pizza but were too full to eat much of it (was super tasty as well). The service overall was great - they allowed us to put our luggage in a safe place while eating. The only downside was they gave me the gluten free pasta instead of my boyfriend who has an allergy and I’m very thankful we confirmed which was GF or else he would have ate the non-GF one and been sick for our trip. Aside from that slip up - I’d definitely reccomend!
We invite the managers to correct the misleading information from Google as dogs are not allowed (compared to what is indicated by Google) despite this and with a celiac diner they put us in difficulty by not even serving us at the tables outside. Insensitive

Nice clean and very well looked after place.
Very good fish dishes, made with excellent quality raw materials.
Attentive and professional dining room staff
It should be noted that there are gluten free dishes on the menu.
Excellent gluten free pizza, best I’ve had in Venice. Cheap too, no extra charge for gluten free base. Crispy base as a pizza should have. Highly recommend
Could not have been happier with this place, especially the food. Wide variety of dishes where you can sample all the classics of the region, with especially great seafood. The cooking is simple and well executed which lets the dish and ingredients shine. I am wary of places with a great location on the water overcharging for mediocre food - but that is not this place at all. The location is lovely to sit and admire the lagoon and listen to the waves on the stone behind you, with adequate shade from the sun. The family that run it are so friendly and work so hard, always watching the tables and making sure people are attended to. We were lucky to be staying around the corner so could treat this place as our local and returned three times during our week in Venice. Lastly, I am coeliac and could get both gluten free pizza and spaghetti (yes, spaghetti, not just penne) plus grilled seafood and salads of course. More than that, the staff proactively raised with me anything they thought might be a cross contamination risk (baked potatoes for eg that I had not clocked they said would not be safe for me) so I could feel totally safe in their hands. Great place, thanks for looking after us.
We stopped in town for one night.
The restaurant is located near the beach, but also relatively centrally in town.
You should make a reservation in advance because it is very busy in the evenings, especially during the holiday season. First and foremost, there were almost only Italians there, which is a sign of good quality on a vacation in Italy when "local" vacationers dominate the restaurant.
The waiting time was a bit long, but it was due to the very high frequency of guests. Otherwise the service was excellent. We deviated from the standard and the kitchen cooked us a dish that wasn't on the menu. There was an extra charge, but it was worth it. We had mussels as a starter, pasta with clams as a main course, seafood pizza and tortellini with ham and cheese sauce. Plus 2 large waters, a rose wine and two large beers. Price for three people, approx. 80 euros
The waiter tried to stop by every now and then without disturbing us. Requests for more bread or parmesan were responded to quickly.
Each table received a new tablecloth after the guests left.
The map is in Italian and German. Allergens are noted and can be requested additionally. In particular, the gluten-free dishes were specially marked.
Overall it was a nice restaurant experience. This is how I like to eat.
Not a simple pizza but an experience.
Family evening with an excellent pizza on the shovel that the 3 men at the table agreed upon and a gluten-free square that you don't expect given how beautiful but above all good it is, an emotion for those who usually find frozen pizzas in a pizzeria. The fresh dough makes for a dinner to remember. The important thing is to ask for gluten-free dough when booking your table so you are guaranteed to find it. Chef Alvise, in addition to being friendly, is knowledgeable and capable. As a well-known TV chef would say: Diesciii vote! Actually, ten more.
I came to the restaurant Ai Biri 5497 for Christmas lunch with my family. I was able to choose several gluten-free dishes à la carte (I have celiac disease), the fried food in particular was very good. The place is very welcoming and the staff are really kind… what can I say, simply F E N O M E N A L E!

Experience to be repeated.
Two of us had dinner, and we had the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful evening of excellent food. The friendly and attentive staff, also prepared on gluten-free options.
They were able to advise us and make us eat well.
The venue is welcoming and suitable for all occasions.
We will definitely be back!
A wonderful surprise and discovery!
I didn't know this place, an extremely inclusive place not far from San Marco.
They have a separate totally vegan menu, and several gluten-free options.
The staff is very kind, and above all competent in matters of intolerances.
We ate a lasagna with radicchio and mushrooms (really creamy and tasty), goulash and a tasting of vegan cheeses and cured meats.
Enjoy the chef's entree and the gluten-free bread basket served hot.
The portions are not abundant and the price is not particularly low, but I think it is the right price for the research and direction of inclusiveness undertaken by the owners.
Finding a restaurant in the heart of Venice where intolerances are not a limit is truly beautiful.
I hope there will also be such inclusive bacari and cicchetterie in the future.
Really recommended!

The place offers gluten-free pizza and other things, but is not affiliated with AIC, Schär or anything else. For gluten-free pizzas they ask for an absurd increase of €6. The pizza turned out to be very good, but not worth the disproportionate price (€11.50 in total for pizza only, Margerita for more). Water also has absurd prices: €2.80 for a litre.
In conclusion we need to know that at least they offer the gluten-free service, but it is not possible to ask for prices like that, it is a real mockery, especially seeing the increases in other flours.
