We found Thea on a road trip passing through Mechanicsburg - at roughly the half-way point on a two-day drive. Now we will make a point of making Mechanicsburg our overnight stop on these trips, just so we can dine at Thea again! I have Celiac disease and was delighted to learn of their focus on Gluten Free options. The executive chef came out of the kitchen to meet me and tell me about their GF options. She had GF crab cake available! (she requests 24 advance notice to give her time to prepare them, but fortunately for me, there was one available). It was fantastic! I love crab cakes, but have not had any in the years since my diagnosis, until now! I also had the coconut shrimp appetizer; it was also fantastic. The food is simply absolutely delicious. Seriously, for the next four years we will be making this drive a few times a year, and we will definitely be stopping in Mechanicsburg to eat at Thea.

We order delivery through the app fairly often, and our order always arrives in a timely manner. My only complaint is that it's 50/50 if I get my sandwich without mayo as ordered. I usually just wipe it off and move on when that happens since it's a preference. More importantly, my gluten free hoagie hasn't ever made me ill from this location, which means this location cares about getting that right, and avoiding cross contamination.

Great coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere and that's almost always staffed with patrons. Their coffee isn't the best you can get in the area but that's not to say it won't satisfy your espresso/coffee needs. My wife enjoys their cocoa peppermint and coffee cake muffins that are gluten free.

My partner and I decided to stop in tonight due to their large gluten free selection as they are allergic, and we were not disappointed at all. The food was phenomenal, our waitress Hannah took great care of us and was very attentive, and dessert was delicious. Not to mention the very large bourbon selection (my drink of choice). We will definitely be coming back on the future
