Fab food good portion sizes, lots of gluten free options. Service was a little bit slow but they were busy in the lunchtime rush. All round a good place to grab some food while out exploring.

Highly Recommend coming here if you’re gluten free, staff are aware of coeliac disease and have a separate toaster and area to prepare your sandwich! It was delicious and the sandwich was well filled😋
This elegant venue shines for those seeking a dedicated gluten-free experience, offering a wonderful selection of gluten-free options including actual gluten-free scones and cakes, not just menu omissions. Set within a stunning historic building adjacent to ancient Roman baths, the richly historic setting is enhanced by live classical music from talented pianists and string trios, creating a refined atmosphere that complements the careful accommodation of gluten-free dietary needs.

We've had afternoon tea at The Pump House a couple of times. Once we walked in and got a table, another time we booked in advance and it was a good thing because we would not have been able to walk in. I had the gluten free tea, which was wonderful. The children had a children's tea, and loved it. Beautiful architecture, great atmosphere, great classical music, and you can see the Roman baths from the windows inside.
This café stands out as a gluten-free and coeliac-friendly haven, offering a wonderful gluten-free full English breakfast and excellent homemade gluten-free toast. We turned up for a quick breakfast as some reviews said it was coeliac safe - the server let me know that although it was gluten free, it wasn't safe for me to eat there. They explained through the procedures well and I was very well informed, but just a warning that they can't cater for cross contamination.
We ended up just having a tea (can't really go wrong) but my milk was served with crumbs in it! Luckily I noticed and they replaced it. My partner had a hot chocolate which wasn't very good at all.
The food looked good from a distance and it's a nice atmosphere, but just a warning that they have a small kitchen so can only do gluten free for intolerances
