I was interested in it, but I didn't have a chance, so I finally got around to it✨ ----------Order---------- ■Melon bread (324 yen) ■Croque Monsieur (648 yen) ■Melon bread The surface is crispy and the inside is somewhat reminiscent of steamed bread. Moderately sweet and gentle to eat. As expected, it's rice flour. ■Croque Monsieur I was hooked on comun for a while, and it all started with the béchamel sauce. If you can find something that is also gluten-free, you have no choice but to buy it! When I warmed it up in the microwave as the staff taught me, the dough became fluffy and soft. And the cheese and sauce overflows. As expected, the sauce is exquisite, and it's gluten-free, which is amazing. The ham had a nice accent and I really enjoyed it! Another benefit of rice flour is that it makes your stomach feel light after eating. There is a long line at Comun, but this one is relatively easy to buy, so I'd like to visit again! Review for こめパンカフェ (Monday & Tuesday) A really good gluten-free cafe serving rice flour baguette sandwiches. My chicken sandwich was delicious, and I really enjoyed the Satsuma potato pottage. The baguette was one of the best gluten-free baguettes I’ve ever had. It was crunchy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. Next time I will try to come earlier in the day so I can buy cinnamon rolls. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also understood wheat and gluten sensitivities very well.
