The gluten-free chiffon cake here is really fluffy and delicious, and I love it. There were only two left at 10am. Other breads are delicious, but I recommend this chiffon cake. The sandwich tastes average, and considering the cost performance, I won't repeat it and I'm satisfied with just the bread.

Beautiful and delicious gluten free cafe. It’s entirely gluten free and has a nice selection of seasonal treats and small meals. I love the thick sliced bread with anko! Always make sure to stop by for breakfast when I’m in the area. Also the women who work here are amazing! The owner is so sweet too!

Very high price not justified. Pizza with tofu dough, non-modifiable or vegan or pescetarian menu. Very small portions, you leave the place full of hunger. Waitress decorated as if she were ready for an evening with friends, even with a cell phone bag over her shoulder (it wasn't to take the order). The only place in Japan to have such a high price, I have tried many other gluten-free and unfortunately vegan places, always eaten better and paid less. There are no gluten-free places in Kanazawa, which is why I had to go to this one. CELIAC PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE ALL FOR LOVE.
