I often go there when I need to be on the safe side. It is truly a paradise for celiacs, there is plenty of choice between sweet and savory, perfect for both breakfast and an aperitif. Excellent variety and quality, at a reasonable price, not to be taken for granted. Ps. It also has many lactose-free products for those who are intolerant.

We chose a gluten-free fry and sandwich. The frying was a little low (although good) so my partner was forced to also order a portion of chips. As a celiac I particularly appreciated my sandwich, both for the bread itself and for the filling. Fairly large room divided into several floors. Unfortunately in our case we had been assigned a table for two exposed to the draft of the entrance door which, despite our notification to the staff, was still left open. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices (perhaps) a little high.

A unique place, truly an incredible corner in the city. Small delicatessen between Porta Nuova station and Valentino park, with all gluten-free and lactose-free products, with also many vegetarian options. The first courses and desserts are good, and the focaccias are also large and the dough incredible. The owners are very kind. Try the hazelnut cake, very soft and with a fantastic hazelnut smell, they certainly use quality products. Being a delicatessen there are few seats and you have to be lucky to arrive when there is no confusion, and there is no bathroom. Perfect for a simple lunch.
