I got the vegan truffle burger with a GF bun and sweet potato fries. I told the cashier that I had a gluten allergy (celiac), and she reassured me that everything could be cooked on their GF grill. Pretty good!

Café Faust has my highest recommendation! The staff were all really nice and helpful! We both had their favorite brunch - mine, however, gluten-free. They all had a handle on what contained gluten in their brunch. I was offered to replace the few foods that contained gluten with gluten-free foods. The gluten-free bread came on its own plate, and I could just say if I wanted more. It wasn't dry at all, as gluten-free bread can often be. It was really good bread. The brunch was delicious, fresh and really tasty. It is certainly not the last time we visit Café Faust when we go to Aarhus. Huge recommendation from here!
The staff is absolutely friendly. Everyone smiled and was very helpful about the gluten free options. I took 2 little cakes with passion fruit (they were also vegan). IT WAS DELICIOUS ❤️
Amazing food, very healthy and fresh. Great choices if you follow a gluten free and/or vegan diet. The portions are massive. Go for the small ones, or get a big one and bring the leftovers home with you 😄
Celiac friendly! The staff was very helpful and informative. They even used gloves and placed a baking paper on the toaster, which made me feel safer. Everything can be done gluten free :) It was very delicious and happy I could enjoy smørrebrød like everyone else! 10/10 recommended

Ate a sandwich here 2 days in a row. The sandwich is the best sandwich I've ever eaten in my life. In addition to the fact that I ordered gluten-free, of course, and the bread was good!! Lots of rich and creamy filling. Was very full. Recommended
Cozy place and good service. They accommodated my milk and gluten allergy and I was able to get a burger. It was fantastic and the portions were a good size. We will definitely go there again :)
We bought 2 sandwiches with a drink earlier today. We were told that one could be made gluten-free and lactose-free, which we then ordered. But either it doesn't fit or it is prepared on the same surface and kitchenware as the regular sandwiches, with the result that the sandwich was thereby contaminated. Because the undersigned fell ill with vomiting a few hours later.
So you either have to tighten up on hygiene or drop pseudo-offers for people with food intolerances.
This place is great for ice cream and coffee. They do have gluten free cones, which is a plus if you are celiac or gluten intolerant. Service was exceptional. Young Magnus was FANTASTIC. If you are in Ebeltoft, don’t miss this place!
Pizza Pizza in Rosengårdcentret offers gluten-free pizza and gluten-free burger buns for a small extra fee. I have not tasted their burger, but I had the pleasure of their pizza. The pizza base they use (which they buy from outside) is very good. I can't taste it is gluten free. I don't know where they buy their gluten-free pizza base from, but if I could buy it privately, I would. I will definitely return
Really good place to have lunch. There was a queue and everyone knew what it was about. Patience. There was one person behind the counter who took care to serve everyone. Younger and older with smiles in their eyes and all customers were equally important. There were all kinds of delicious buns to choose from with and without gluten, spinach and whole grains. Good variety of spreads in several strengths and of course lots of delicious fresh fillings. There was also an exciting menu for milkshakes...
They make some really good sandwiches here. They have a huge selection, and there is something for both vegetarians and vegans. And they also offer gluten-reduced rye bread (gluten-free, but handled in the same area as normal bread).
Ordering is done easily via phone or web, and collection is just as easy. When ordering via the web, there are individual add-on/opt-out options for the individual sandwiches.

Have been to Samsø many times, eat gluten-free and expected it to be difficult to find something delicious. At Underground I got the tastiest gluten-free veggie burger ever! 🙏 Have otherwise tried quite a few in Aarhus and Copenhagen, but this was just fantastic. Sweet young people who clearly had a good time together and spread a good atmosphere
