Love this spot, its great to eat at while shopping at mall. They have a gluten-free menu and the staff is attentive in kitchen to do their best to avoid cross contamination.
My favorite food is seafood and my favorite flavor is Cajun! This place rocks them both!

Ordered the Hellfired pizza Gluten Free. Price $20.25 a little on the steep side (During my travels so far) for the size 9 inch. The flavor is good. But that you don’t put sauce and toppings to the edge on a GF pizza this small is almost theft. As the crust is inedible, so hard it will almost break your teeth. Also your french fries I was told are gluten free. But that you don’t have your normal brand and only currently have one that is breaded. So that was a disappointment.
The best gluten free crust I’ve found in tri cities. They stated that they make it themselves (not a UDI’s brand etc) so I was super excited to try it. It was so good, didn’t even realize I was eating a GF crust! The toppings were yummy and fresh as well, definitely will be going back!
Love that they have gluten free options! I usually get the honey sesame chicken, broccoli beef, and then fried rice. They have an amazing sweet and sour sauce too!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback I can confidently say that the service here sets a new standard. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the host, who made me feel genuinely welcomed and promptly showed me to my table.
Our server, Johnell, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, striking the perfect balance between being available without hovering. She took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu (very knowledgeable on GF options), offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences. Drinks and food arrived promptly, yet nothing felt rushed!
What truly stood out was the attention to detail. From refilling water & soda glasses without being asked to noticing when we needed more napkins, everything was handled effortlessly.
Highly recommend and ask for Johnell (especially if you are gluten free or have allergies)!

We had a reservation for all the adults in my family to have dinner and celebrate my grandparents birthdays. We had a huge group (I think we capped out at maybe 24-25(?) I’m not really sure exactly. All adults, no kids.)
The restaurant set us up in a private room where everyone had a spot, and we could close the door and have our event privately. That was so nice as we could have our celebration and not disturb other customers and feel like we could do presents and pictures and have a small speech by a family member all by ourselves and not worry about disturbing other people in the restaurant. They were also super accommodating when we had to push our reservation forward an hour.
Our server, who I unfortunately did not get the name of but she had a cool accent, was fantastic. She patiently waited our large group for over two and a half hours during our multi-course meal, and ensured we had whatever we needed. Also the young server who helped her, who I also did not get the name of unfortunately, was fantastic as well.
The food was amazing! I got a gluten free pasta half red sauce and half white sauce, and holy moly the white sauce was fabulous! By far my favorite white sauce on pasta ever. The red sauce was also delectable too. Even the gluten free noodles were delicious!
The green salad was delightful, and the meat sampler appetizer was 5 stars. I myself can’t personally comment on the bread as I am gluten free and couldn’t eat it, but all my family members said it was amazing!
They were even able to get one family member his meal quickly while everyone was eating when he had to arrive late due to work after he called his wife and asked if he could come. The restaurant allowed his wife to order for him and had it ready when he arrived. Now that’s excellent service!
I would highly, highly recommend Bella Italia. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the fact we could have our party in a private, closed off space was the cherry on top. The atmosphere was awesome, and the price, while fairly expensive, was easy to manage with all of our family members pitching in.
Thank you so much to everyone at Bella Italia for making my grandparents special day a memorable and amazing event! We will definitely be excited to return if opportunity allows.

We got grilled cheese for the kids and my wife got the baby burger. My son who typically won't eat from restaurants ate his entire meal. And having tried the burger it was the type of burger that reminds why you love burgers. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even if you have a gluten allergy they will clean the whole kitchen to make your mean and only your meal to prevent cross contamination.
We were visiting the area of from out of town and chose to go to dinner here tonight with our whole family (a group of 8). Not only was the sushi delicious but the service was fabulous. Everyone we interacted with in the staff was kind, courteous, and generous. We ordered a roll that was supposed to be gluten free but the wrong roll got delivered. Both our server and the manager took the time to correct it and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We come to Richland often and we will definitely be coming back to TOMI again!
This is the only place in the Tri-Cities that I know of where I can safely eat french fries. They have dedicated gluten-free fryers. 😋 However, since joining Weight Watchers, I pretty much only come here for my birthday! 😁
The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because their ventilation system was blowing cold air. When I went outside it was actually warmer on a 55f day.
Food was superb. Prices fair. Staff quite lovely. Very friendly. They also made sure they followed all procedures to insure as little gluten contamination as possible. Changed gloves, washed hands, used cooking barriers, and so forth. Very impressive.
Serious some of (if not THE) best tacos I've ever had in this town! Wow! The asada gluten-free tacos are simply the BOMB! Oh my oh my, so so so so GOOD! Must try the food here! 😋 😁😎❤️👍👍👍 I would have taken a pic but it disappeared before the thought entered my mind. 😉😄
I usually order to-go and my orders are ready within 25-30 mins. I personally love their sotanghon pansit, kare-kare and bulalo. If your palate isn't used to filipino savory dishes, but got curious and wanted to try Dagupan grill, I would highly encourage you to try their sotanghon and spring rolls/shanghai rolls (I don't think it's gluten-free, eat at your own risk) for starters. I will keep ordering from Dagupan grill.
Best Mexican food I have had in years. The server told us about each of the dishes and I ordered the Torta Ahogada which is a dish I was not familiar with. They recommended dipping the Tacos Dorados in the sauce. The staff are clearly passionate about sharing their food culture. It was so delicious. They also have a few vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Highly recommend.
