The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our special dietary needs (no gluten or corn). The bacon avocado burger on the gluten-free bun was delicious, and the fries were tasty as well. The staff were top notch.

Very charming and much-needed breakfast establishment with a simple but tasty menu including gluten-free options. They do lunch as well, and there is a relatively well stocked bar right next-door with a pretty good bourbon selection for a small town. :-) I had the omelette, my wife had eggs that were cooked perfectly (over medium). The sausage tasted fantastic, and they have lots of coffee options. I enjoyed the keto coffee so much I got a second one on the way out. Definitely recommend.

My husband has celiac disease and must be on a strict gluten free diet. The gluten free pizza offered at Giuseppe's is the best he has tried anywhere. We will definitely be back.

This place may well be the next thing to pop off in Seguin, I was blown away. It’s everything you want in a Mac & Cheese spot, and they offer variety and above all FLAVOR. I had a Texas BBQ inspired bowl with brisket, jalepenos, picked onions, and it absolutely satisfied. There are tons of choices laid out as well, and they give some guidance from the Taco-Bowl to the intriguing Tikka-Bowl. Different sauces, cheese, proteins, noodles, toppers, veggies, it’s all done by hand, and it shows they care about the quality of ingredients. They even fancy cut the green onions on a bias if that means anything to you. Impressed they had safe Gluten Free and Vegan options available, even using different water for the noodles to make their guests feel at ease. Check them out, this is the beginning of a good thing.
