We were looking for authentic Texas BBQ and we found it. Our family was able to select several different cuts of meat and just dig in to enjoy. The pit masters loaded up our tray before heading inside to grab our sides and drinks. The pulled pork was the best followed by the brisket and sausages. The ribs had great flavor but I have had better elsewhere. For the gluten free folks, they have a gluten free menu that lists what is safe to eat and it was very inclusive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a rustic feel. Coming from Minnesota, we really enjoyed the food and overall experience! We would definitely come here again

We had a great experience at MOD Pizza in Roanoke. They had 2 gluten free options for crust, and we didn't have any reactions from cross contamination. The employees were pleasant and happy to be there. They were also happy to be accommodating in changing their gloves and pizza cutters for our food allergies. We will definitely have them again!
