Quaint. I had a daily special which had peaches and pecans. Everything was made fresh while I waited. They close early on Sundays, so I had to take it to go. I appreciate that there is a gluten free option on their buckwheat batter, but I was told it’s salty and used for savory crepes. Which is why I gave the food 4 stars. It would be better not to presalt the buckwheat batter, so that it could be enjoyed for both savory and sweet.

When we went, they had 5 gluten reduced beers on tap (amber, pilsner, blonde, IPA, and Belgian golden) which were great and safe for my wife who has celiac. The brewer's wife apparently has celiac as well. There are also plenty of gluten free food items, including some of the best fried chicken that I (who doesn't have gluten intolerance) have had!

Amazing. Aliyah, our server, was incredible! I have a severe gluten allergy and she did her very best to speak with the manager and chef to ensure I had safe options to eat. She was so kind and helpful and made me feel safe dining there. I rarely, if ever, have this good of an experience dining out with celiac. The food and drinks are incredible too!

Just go ahead and skip this place. As a former employee, it’s not worth it. I am petty but honest. I worked there from June to October. There were days during the summer that the dining room was at 95 degrees. It got fixed in September, when it cooled off. Training in the kitchen is, or was, non-existent. They don’t hire cooks, they hire dishwashers and then move them to cook when they lose a cook. There’s recipes but the cooks don’t follow them, which is why the food is always inconsistent. Do NOT order the eggrolls unless you request they be made fresh. They cook them at 11am and stick them under the heat lamp for the rest of the day. The fried rice is just yesterdays rice that they added soy sauce to and heated up to a warm temp and then stick it in the rice warmer. Sometimes the fried rice isn’t even ready until after lunch. DO NOT come here if you have a gluten sensitivity. The staff, front and back, doesn’t even know what’s gluten free or not. Nor are they trained on it. Upon reading the reviews while I was gone, it seems that the management team is answering these reviews. But only for about two weeks. Then they stopped. But the BEST part is that TG board of directors fired the CEO, the culinary director, the COO, and the director of new store openings. Of course the press is gonna say the ceo stepped down, but that’s very doubtful. He even stated in the interview that restaurants are his life. Why would he step down from HIS concepts? Overall, TG is a mess. Buyer beware.
