I hadn't had Odd Moe's since before having to drop gluten. I forgot how good their pizza is. And to top it off it was THE BEST gluten free pizza crust I have ever had. I was expecting udi's like everyone else uses (not a terrible crust but not the greatest either). To my surprise it is a bit thicker and fluffier than any other. That chewiness is still there but that is gluten free for you.

The staff's performance was a delightful departure from the past - they were not just serving; they were hosting. Complimentary appetizers appeared as a gesture of goodwill, and dietary restrictions were met with thoughtful concessions, particularly for our gluten-free friends. The standout was our server, whose blend of professionalism and genuine warmth turned our meal into an experience. It's rare to see such a harmonious blend of attentiveness and discretion, but has seemingly mastered this art. The team's effort to go above and beyond transformed our evening into a memorable affair, proving that they don't just feed bodies; they cater to souls. This visit marked a rebirth of this Keizer establishment in my eyes. The once underwhelming spot has matured with a team that's as skilled in hospitality as they are in gastronomy.
