English and Spanish: I have been to this restaurant several times and have loved it every time! They are allergy-friendly, 100% gluten-free, and are willing to make accommodations. They have this vegan cilantro sauce that is phenomenal. I’ve gotten the vegan beyond arepa with avacados, lettuce, and Fritos. The rice and beans (the beans depend on who is making it; there have been some inconsistencies there), but everything else is good. I also love their fresh juices. The food was delicious! GLuten friendly options are available. The Arepas were decently sized, though a big guy like me needs two. I preferred the pork over the salmon.

Abhi and Sophie were amazing!! The food was delicious (tons of gluten free and vegetarian options), and the staff were welcoming and fun to talk to. First time visit and can’t wait to be back!

Joesph was absolutely amazing! I am gluten free and he was able to assure me that everything I ordered was safe for me to eat. He also just had a great vibe and made sure our group had a great night. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back :)
