Love this place! Absolutely wonderful selection of food and drinks, a lot of allergy friendly options (gluten-free, dairy free, vegan). I definitely recommend it! The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable, shout out to Lawrence "Ren" Bird Absolutely amazing!
Craving breakfast please go here cause this will be always the place to go to for breakfast all the time. Grumpy is a great name cause you will walk in grumpy from being hangry and definitely walk out not grumpy lol Grumpy’s have a wonderful selection of breakfast and lunch choices. I went for the main classic 3XL egg omelette but create my own with American cheese, mushroom, peppers, tomato, ham and sausage with hash brown (best hash brown I’ve ever had) and four slices of white toast. The ambience was giving a classic farm decor and a busy diner and our server was very hospitable. I will come back whenever I’m back in Jacksonville.

I went to this location today with 13 people total. We had the most amazing server, Marc. He was very attentive to every one of us as we made it to our table since we didn’t all get there at the same time. He was also very accommodating to all of our needs especially since one person in our party can’t eat gluten. If you go to this location, ask for Marc!
I decided to stop in because they are in my neighborhood and I had never tried them and it's been the best impulse decision I've made all week. I normally don't like corned beef, but I ordered the corned beef sandwich and red pepper gouda soup and it was so delicious and amazing that it changed my view of corned beef altogether. The cabbage was perfectly cooked with a light crisp, it was loaded with beef (and I mean LOADED) and the sauce was sweet and tangy and perfectly complimented the savory beef.
