Great food and friendly staff. They make everything from scratch with healthy ingredients. So many pouch food restaurants here in the Cape offer fried, sticky sweet, cheap eats. The gluten free options are delicious.

Disappointing Second Visit Our family of seven had lunch today, because my husband and I loved our first visit and couldn’t wait for our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters to experience it. Prior to arriving, we called about gluten free options, as three in the family are celiac. We were assured there were no issues, including the French fries had its own fryer. We sat at the bar and although our server was friendly, she was run off her feet, appearing to be doing the work of at least two, if not three people. We ordered and were quite clear the hamburgers must be on a gluten free bun. We did not specify about the fries, as we had been assured on the phone they were safe to eat and also assumed if the hamburgers were to be on a gluten free bun, the fries would be safe. Our food arrived sporadically and after everyone was eventually served, we learned the fries were not gluten free. Thankfully no one ate any before finding out. For those with celiac, this is a major health issue. We left with a less than stellar opinion and it is so unfortunate, as our first experience at this same restaurant was so good.

BUG IN ICE CREAM! I go here pretty frequently and the service is inconsistent. Even if you do curb side on a slow day you're waiting 10-20 minutes after your arrival time. My ice cream is always melted. The food quality is pretty good and I love their gluten free bun option ...the other day my ice cream was soup and today there was a bug in it. Think this is my last time eating here for a while. :(

The food was great on Sunday, but I am writing the review because of the outstanding service. Our waitress(and unfortunately I do not remember her name) noticed that my daughter had a gluten-free menu and asked if there was an allergy. Since my daughter does have an allergy, she sent the manager over. Michael came over, reviewed the GF menu, spoke about the sauces and made sure we didn't have questions. When the food was ready, he brought hers out separately, but another server had our food so everything came out at the same time. It was an extremely pleasant experience and we all enjoyed our food.

Plus, they accommodate dietary needs with ease, offering gluten-free and vegetarian options. Don’t forget the complimentary ice cream to top it off—such a fun touch! Whether dining in or taking out, Jason's Deli is consistently fantastic. Highly recommend for a quick, satisfying meal!
