Blue Moon has been a staple for us for years. They have good food, great coffee and amazing pastries. Everyone there is super chill and AJ is always a ray of sunshine in the mornings! Plus their gluten free options are the best in Summit!

We happened to stop by here while driving through Colorado and I’m so happy we did. Delicious coffee and super sweet welcoming people. As a gluten and dairy intolerant person I was super happy to find I could get a gluten free English muffin breakfast sandwich with vegan cheese. Amazing!!

Seriously the best Pho I’ve ever had. Their broth is incredible and better than anything I’ve had elsewhere which totally makes the soup. The Bun is equally as good, as are the spring rolls. Their pho is also gluten free and perfect for those snowy days here in the mountains!

We found this place in the Find Me Gluten Free app and they did not disappoint. The charcuterie board was fabulous, the wine divine and the atmosphere and decor were fun and eclectic. Loved it!! We will definitely be back! ❤️
