Being gluten-free, even the slightest cross-contamination affects me, but this restaurant handled my gluten-free order with exceptional care. The owner was incredibly understanding, taking the time to explain the meticulous process they follow to ensure gluten-free meals. I'm beyond grateful for their attention to detail and consider it outstanding service. Not to mention, the food was incredible—I left feeling full, with more than half of my plate still untouched.

Bushfire Kitchen opened their first Orange County Location in Mission Viejo. The decor is beautiful! The outdoor patio is lovely with hanging plants! Bushfire Kitchen is a family owned and operated restaurant that has fresh, made from scratch, organic foods. It’s great to have healthier eating options; meat with no antibiotics & grass-fed, Non-GMO, local produce, no food colorings and no preservatives. They also have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options! Everything we tried: Surf & Turf Plate with house made chimichurri sauce. Perfectly cooked! The sauce is so flavorful!! Gaucho Steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. A customer favorite! Empanada of the Month: Guava and Cream. Love the flaky crust. Both sweet & savory empanadas are delicious!! Cookies: Lemon Cooler, Chocolate Chip and Triple Chocolate. Made in house!! A definite must try!! Manager Aurelio was amazing! So friendly with the best customer service!!

I just order a Gluten Free Burger for take out there. I can tell that was a nice piece of burger, not great, but was nice. Even more for the price. They have a good balance between quality, tastes and price.

Stopped in for the first time and absolutely loved this restaurant. The quality of the food is incredible and tastes delicious. The girl who checked us out was helpful with offering menu options and was patient with our questions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the mood for an amazing meal. Bonus, great gluten free options coming from someone who is gluten free themselves.
