Food was incredible. Service was even better. Mellissa served us and was very knowledgeable about gluten free as my partner is a coeliac. She was extremely friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Mellissa great service.

Great food including Gluten free options, quick service, polite and friendly staff. We always use this pizza hut even though there are other stores/ restaurants that are miles closer to us because the food is always nice.

I have Coeliac Disease and have struggled for a number of years to find places to eat where you don't feel awkward for asking about the food. The fact that you are asked the question from the outset makes you appreciate the smooth customer service provided by Bella Italia - I wasn't made to feel different and it really enhanced my dining experience. Gorgeous Food, lovely atmosphere and friendly, caring staff! Definitely will go back - I have to try the rest of the menu!

Absolutely amazing service from Neil! Went through everything in the allergy process and made sure I was comfortable with how it worked. Very attentive and always checking each part of our meal was good. Amazing pizza on the gluten free romana base too. All in all I couldn't have faulted the service or food in Pizza Express Metrocentre and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic food! Really fresh and hot. The potato skins were so tasty! We had pizzas on gluten free base and they were divine. And they do cocktails!!!!! Nice atmosphere and lovely friendly staff. We will be back!
