Three weeks ago a friend and I went to the otter& fish for lunch. I made it very clear that I was coeliac and I chose a gluten free meal, the meal was very nice but 2 hours later I was very very ill, I had been given gluten.I spoke to the owner who after a long conversation offered a free meal , I declined so he offered a refund and said he would email the company he gets his deserts from and let me know the outcome. Since then I have heard nothing nor had a refund. I will not be going there again and anyone with coeliacs I would ask them to think twice .

Had the crushed avocado myself (which was incredible) and my partner (coeliac) had a gluten free full English. Both absolutely satisfied and I cannot praise Breeze enough for being so helpful and accommodating with the gluten allergy! Will absolutely be visiting again - even if just for the rhubarb lemonade 😋
Good choice gluten free. Really happy to help my friend who is dairy free too. Lovely attitude of staff, nothing was too much effort to help. Hense going for my 60th birthday this Saturday 23.11.24
