Pho Cheltenham offers a brilliant setting in a lovely location, perfect for a relaxed dining experience.
The food is consistently praised as brilliant, fresh, and packed with flavor, with great portion sizes and speedy service.
A standout feature is that about 98% of the menu is gluten free, making it an excellent choice for coeliac diners. The restaurant is accredited by Coeliac UK and staff are knowledgeable and proactive about allergies, ensuring a safe and worry-free experience for those with gluten intolerance, including children.
The menu includes a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes like pho, curries, the amazing rice bowls, and fresh rolls, with many vegan and dairy-free options as well.
I would highly recommend Pho Cheltenham for its delicious, healthy food, excellent service, and outstanding gluten-free options.
If you are looking for Gluten Free fish and chip then I would recommend this place. On the last Monday of every month it’s GF fish and chips day and they are delicious. Quick service and staff are friendly. Been here a few times and enjoy it every time.
Superb chain restaurant for our party - one of whom needed gluten-free and another FODMAP-friendly foods. Lovely smiley waiting staff, helpful and attentive service, and delicious French-style dinner. Very happy! It was my parents' first time ever at a Côte (?!) and they had such a good experience, they're keen to repeat the experience at another branch soon.
So as my finance is gluten free and I am dairy and egg intolerant we love the bottle of sauce. The staff filled us with so much confidence and the end result was blimming amazing. My finance will tell you to have gluten free chips and a burger in a bun that actually is nice is 1 in a million so deffo gets our recommendation. Good value, busy great atmosphere all be it a younger than us crowd we loved it. Will be visiting again.
My wife and I went in the first time for a Saturday morning breakfast. We both ordered a Super 6 English breakfast with lattes. The waitress was very welcoming and smiley and took us to our table, the service was quick, and each latte also came with complimentary chocolate, the breakfasts soon followed. The Super 6 breakfast included, 1 fried egg, 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 hash brown, baked beans and toast (ready buttered). Blue light holders receive 10% upon request and this is advertised on the menus. The cost was £6.79 breakfast and £3.25, the breakfast and drinks menu is extensive so offers something for everyone. Gluten free options also available.
Overall I enjoyed my meal here.
- The food was tasty.
- Service was average.
- Gluten free options available but told they were small.
I ordered a beer and a pizza with 3 different meat toppings. I enjoyed my food. Wait times seemed to be average for waiting for food and to get the bill at the end. I would have preferred to pay via a website or prior just so I don't have to flag down the waiter at the end of the meal.
A note for those that are gluten free: My friend was told the gluten free pizza was a fixed size whereas the standard pizzas can be adjusted in size. They were also told that the size was disappointing and that they would most likely need to order more to be full. Based on the garlic bread my friend did order I would assume the server was being truthful as it was quite tiny. So there are gluten free options but the options aren't great themselves it seems.
Absolutely delicious food, beautifully presented (nearly all gluten free), superb silver service: attentive with top notch attention to detail, yet friendly and welcoming. We had such a pleasurable lunch, so glad we found this place. Perfectly placed for a stroll around Montpellier gardens afterwards.
Uncomfortably cold visit. The heating in the coldest day of the year was broken.
We never have been so cold and uncomfortable. No worming to the customers on online booking that heating is out of order.
Also very poor choice of gluten free selection.
Very disappointed visit, which meant to be a birthday surprise.
Amazing service amazing food can’t say enough good things
going through the gluten free options on the menu with a personal touch
Keep it up we will be back soon 🙏
I have never been to a cheese restaurant but having visited Domaine 16 I realised I have been missing out! They offer cheese in most ways you think to have to it and I would highly recommend the Tartiflette. Comparable to those I've had in France and although it was rich it wasn't heavy. We even had room for the dark chocolate fondue afterwards which came with marshmallows, banana, poached pear and gluten free madalins. Absolutely delicious.
Nice and tidy pub to visit not far from train station. Shows all sports and staff are really accommodating, menu has definitely improved with more gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available. Friendly atmosphere and drinks are fair priced. Will be back for future football matches
A gem of a cafe in Cheltenham. We were looking for a light lunch and found this cafe. The menu was lovely and the food freshly prepared. Gluten free bread. No problem. Excellent service.
Our first visit to Sam’s and oh my – it definitely won’t be our last! The food is stunning. I’m gluten-free and vegetarian and eating out can be a pain but not at Sam’s. Tons of choice – all of it superb. My stand-out dish was the pistachio parfait – wowser!
Service was friendly and attentive, wine (I had the Viognier) delicious. Certain other Cheltenham restaurants need to up their game to compete, methinks. (Super unusual for me to be enjoying the food so much I forgot to photograph any of it!)
Fantastic venue. We visited on Saturday and everything was amazing. We'll definitely be back at some point this summer. 80/90% if the menu is gluten free which suited my girlfriend perfectly. Top job.
The food was really good and a great price. My husband had chicken and ham pie and chips and I had the halloumi salad and it was delicious. We also had puddings here which are fabulous and gave a gluten-free option. Our Waiter Simon was brilliant and everything exceeded our expectations.
