Last weekend we had dinner at Brasserie America. Totally surprised about the large selection of gluten-free. The appetizer bread was delicious and airy, as if it wasn't gluten-free. The main course was perfect and the dessert was also delicious. Friendly staff and very attentive to the gluten-free aspect. Definitely recommended
