We eat well. The pizza is light and digestible, with thin and crunchy dough. The gluten-free pizza and the sliced beef are also good.
The staff is helpful and kind.
I ate here three times in the one week and had no issues with food , our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free food

Bad experience. The website says you can also eat gluten-free sandwiches, but once we entered, we were told that, yes, there is gluten-free food, but there is contamination. So I ask myself: "Who are you feeding this "contaminated" gluten-free food to?" Obviously we left. Leon made a better impression because we were shown the foods that were definitely NOT contaminated because they were packaged in a way that they could be safely reheated.
I've never been to a Roadhouse before, but I don't think I'll be back.
First they make me eat tortillas and then they tell me that without gluten I could choose between a steak or a Swiss, everything else is not suitable.
Only after insistence and checking the allergen list, I managed to eat the strips, with arugula so wilted that it looked like it was cooked.
Definitely not recommended.
The food tasted great but they told us they did not have gluten free options. They took away the plates once my boyfriend stopped eating. Whilst I still had food in my hand! I was dipping bread in my leftover sauce and thought that was very rude.
The hotel is ideally situated just a couple of minutes' walk from Termini in a quiet street. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. We arrived earlier than we should have for check-in however a room was made available immediately allowing us to make the most of every minute we had in Rome. The room was spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was great. My wife is gluten free and there was no problem. On our final morning we were leaving before the restaurant was due to open but staff made up two take-away breakfasts for us to collect on checking out. When we return to Rome, we won't even look at other hotel options. Thanks to all the staff!
