The food was very tasty but a bit pricey. They had a gluten free menu, which was great.

Incredible Indian Cuisine w/ High Service Quality Bombay Dreams is definitely a popular Michelin-starred Indian restaurant. It is located at the end of Wyndham Street in Central, near Lan Kwai Fong. There are not many people on leisure days and nights, but as soon as the door opened, the place was full. Really? Same as other Indian restaurants (and even better) The high service quality and friendly smiles of the staff are impressive. In addition to Indian diners, the restaurant also has quite a few foreign guests. It feels quite international! The environment is comfortable, with many Indian-style furnishings in the atmosphere of a Western restaurant. Mango Lassi ($58): India's famous mango yoghurt drink, mellow and creamy, with prominent mango flavor and moderate sweetness. Bombay Chilgoza Prawns ($168): There are four pieces of crispy fried prawns. The prawns are fresh, the meat is juicy, the bread crumbs are thin and crispy but not greasy, and the spicy sauce is spicy enough. Chicken Makhni, known as "Butter Chicken" ($188): Butter Chicken is a favorite of mine. The yellow curry is cooked with butter and cream. The whole dish is very smooth and has a prominent milky aroma. Since the chicken is marinated with turmeric powder and chili peppers, it has a very slight spiciness, which is suitable for those who are afraid of spicy food. Garlic Naan ($48): Garlic Indian pancake, soft and fragrant, with prominent garlic flavor. A must order to enjoy with curry. Tandoori Sea Bass ($198): Tandoori Sea Bass. The so-called Tandoori spices may not be the same from time to time, but generally include spices such as curry powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper and cloves. The grilled tandoori sea bass is indeed fragrant and flavourful, but The flavor is not too strong. The seabass is fresh and the meat is smooth and tender and will not fall apart easily. Jamun and Homemade Ice-cream/Sorbet: The former is a traditional Indian rose milk ball, made from milk, cheese and low-gluten flour, and then dipped in sugar water. It is indeed super sweet and almost greasy. Just eat one. Those who haven’t eaten before can play with it. Note: I originally ordered one portion of each to taste, but the restaurant manager gave me an extra portion. He said like: Happiness is more important. We treat everyone as family. We want to make you happy. Some people may think that Indian restaurants are too far away, and they don’t know what to eat, or they often have to speak English. But in fact, my experience is that the service quality of the Indian restaurant staff is the highest. Most of the staff are smiley and introduce the dishes very enthusiastically. The real service level is more sensational, Language barrier doesn't really matter
