Small cafe with a huge personality!!! The food is amazing with a lot of personal touch and passion for innovative culinary arts! The staff are extremely attentive and kind. We were on a rush to catch our flight back home and we were about to leave without breakfast which was included with our hotel stay, but our server went above and beyond and packed an amazing breakfast for us in such beautiful take out package. They offer gluten free food and bread. Their take out packaging was absolutely free of any plastics, being extremely environmentally conscious! The atmosphere and their choice of music is exceptional.

Well worth the price. The menu and service were both excellent. I let them know ahead about dietary restrictions, and upon arrival they had a gluten free bread basket prepared and immediately explained how they could modify both the main menu, and the Christmas meal to accommodate me. The crudos were excellent, as was truffle risotto, the onion tarte tatin, the roasted sole, and pineapple carpaccio. Everything, of course, was delicious, but these dishes were most notable.

We had an amazing dinner here. Travelling with a 15 year old coeliac can be tricky when she really likes fries and often can’t have them due to cross contamination. We were thrilled to be able to enjoy an amazing steak with delicious sauce and great fries together. Dessert was a little trickier as they were so busy and our French isn’t great and our server was flat out, but a bowl of sorbet was most welcome. Definitely recommend, and worth the waiting experience - we waited in light rain and freezing cold for nearly 2 hours 🫣 but glad we did

A perfect tasting menu dinner. Truly beautiful setting, everything on the table was stunning, the food was inventive, delicious and healthy and I had excellent creative food despite my gluten and dairy allergies. I've been to several 3 Michelin starred restaurants and this ranks among them in my opinion and absolutely deserves more than 1 star. One of the best dinners of my life.

We loved the food at Le Maxan! We had one person in our party that was gluten free and they accommodated for it very well!
