This place was incredible!!! We looked for a safe gf place for our celiac daughter, and this one was such a treat in that it is all gf. But even more amazing was the healthy, plentiful and incredibly tasty meals we had. We left fully satisfied and it kept us going for a very long time. Amazing service as well. Would highly recommend! Thank you for giving us an amazing meal. We hope for Impact restaurants to come to Vancouver, our home.

Decided to meet with friends for brunch here. Had to wait 40 min on Saturday, but it was worth it. They made eggs Benedict with gluten-free bread and substitute the hollandaise sauce as well. The service was great and fast despite a lot of people inside.

Stayed at Delta with a breakfast package, was told by front desk a la cart is covered too, for my celiac wife. Every server fought to shove the buffet at us. 2 of them even said the buffet is the only option for the prepaid breakfast. They may be better for lunches or the rooftop bar, but we were so put off we never considered them. The majority of foods were either Starbucks or grocery store bought (boxes of cereal, oikos individual yogurts, tazo teas, rainforest blend coffee). Not what you expect for a restaurant attached to a 4 star hotel at all.

Phenomenal food and great atmosphere. The staff are very well versed in gluten free and great at suggesting substitutions.
