A dedicated gluten-free menu and a dedicated vegetarian menu is available. They use rice crackers for the GF bruschetta, which is quite tasty. I've tried 2 different pasta dishes on 2 different occasions, and neither was tasty. I do not recommend the GF pasta dishes. My partner had the regular chicken Parmesan, and it wasn't made well either. Sometimes it is difficult to find parking in their immediate parking lot, but it is part of a huge parking lot, so something should always be available.
Don't bother going here anymore. I've been going to Culachinos since they were called Amantes. Went here at least once every two weeks.
However, recently, they seem to have changed management: all the staff have changed over and it is NOT the same. They used to have large gluten free pizzas, now they only do medium (for almost the same price as a large). Keep in mind, the area of a circle Decreases far faster than the radius so a medium pizza is half the area of a large.
On top of that, their service has gone down HEAVILY. It took them FOUR MINITES to figure out how to ring up a single pizza. And this has happened numerous times.
The food is still good, or at least with a minimal loss to quality, but the prices have gone up heavily and what you get has gone far down.
OMGoodness this really is the BEST pizza! My family LOVED the half meat lovers and half combo. Kids devoured 2 whole slices, and my hubby even said it was the best pizza he's had in a really long time!
For me- I have Celiac, and eating at new places is always a risk - but the grilled chicken and avo salad, with some add ons, was truly remarkable! Go with the house dressing!!
Finally, service and price... Like, do places like this really exist these days?! Such kind and thoughtful humans! And the price- Cheaper than a fast food lunch!
You. Can. Not. Go. Wrong!!!
