Love the food. The calamari is amazing. The chef is very accommodating to guests dietary needs. (gluten free). The bar is a staff workstation and not really a social bar.There are more liquor choices than your local liquor store. Drinks are creative, pretty, and pricey. The water view, electric fireplaces and a heated patio are all lovely. The bathrooms smell like farts and need proper toilet paper dispensers. Servers are knowledgeable and friendly. They don't generally pre-bus, so you may sit with your dirty dishes until you leave. Turnover is high. In the 8 months I was employed there, I saw 4 managers replaced and 7 employees fired. Several without an explanation. There is a unfortunate disregard for staff and labor laws. I felt obligated to report that part along with the all things they do well. I wish everyone at Demetris continued success and successful solutions.

Gluten free crust is AMAZING, my spouse is celiac & loves it. Crunchy. I order The Brooklyn Bridge, regular dough, extra sauce, xtra sausage & light bake. I once worked in a pizza kitchen, this is a big ask on top of a light bake pie. The last few times I ordered it, it’s been (chef’s kiss) perfect. Thanks for bringing home some good pizza!

I like this place. For its class it’s good Pizza is always from good ingredients, quite tasty. It’s something between Chicago and New York pizza. They have gluten free options which are good quality. I tried multiple pizzas here garlic chicken , pepperoni , vegetables. All we good. The stuff is responsive. Typically they make pizza in 20 minutes , 30 minutes of you call when they are just open. No place inside to eat , just taking our.
