Manhattan always provides the best customer service! We ordered multiple pizzas last night, including one gluten free, and when we got home we realized it had a regular crust. I called back and the manager apologized, made a new gf one and offered to drive it to our house himself. Everyone there is always so polite. And the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

Truth Be Told That New & Returning Customers To Marco’s Pizza On Falls River Avenue Get More For Their Money In Three Ways: 1.) Special Offers via Coupons On Their Pizza Boxes 2.) a.) Vegetarian Choices( Garden Sale & Sveral Salads including my Personal Favorite Greek Salad) b.) Gluten Free Pizza Crusts. 3.) The Reason I Give 5 Stars Isn’t due to association. Excellent Customer Service Is 60% Of What I Focus On. I Created A Grading System Called The 4 P’s Of Customer Service: (Prompt, Professional, Polite, & Persistent)To Help Determine The Customer Service Of A Business. We love Marcos pizza. Decent process and you can always find good coupons. We have been using the 6.99 mediums for quite awhile now. Good crust and good sauce plus all your usual toppings. Best thing is the gluten free crusts which our girls can eat with no problems.

It is really a pickup only with one table if you want to eat there. Pizza is excellent! They also have a gluten-free crust.
