We placed our takeout order at 6:06pm. We ordered gluten-free lasagna, regular lasagna, small cheese pizza, and spaghetti and meatballs. We sat there for a good 30+ mins before my husband went up to see what was taking so long. They saw him looking and the went to check on the ticket so he sat back down. 10 mins later he went back up to ask what was taking so long. The said the the gluten-free takes longer. I understand that but there was zero communication to tell us why it was taking so long. And it takes an hour to make the gluten free? Seems like something that should be said when you order. The food finally came out at 6:58. When the young lady sat it down, nothing was said to us and she walked away. No “sorry for your wait” not even an acknowledgment of our wait. This place is normally slow but waiting almost an hour is ridiculous! We watched people get food, eat it, and leave. Right now, disposable income is shrinking so where people spend their money is important. If you are looking for ok food and slow, rude service, then by all means spend you hard earn money here. This will be the last time we eat here.
I either go in and order or order pick up when we get pizza. They are wonderful with gluten free. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and they have always gone above and beyond. Truly kind and caring individuals there! The gluten free pizza is the best in the area!
A wonderful and delicious experience! In-house made from scratch dough ( regular/ 4-ingredients, and gluten free!). The GF dough is rice based and was some of the most delicious I've had in a while. No soggy spots. The chef, John, was trained in Florence, Italy. 🤩 The atmosphere is comfortable and rustic modern, very clean. Our server, Natalie, was attentive and very pleasant.
We will definitely be back! 🥰
FYI... Monday is 1/2 wine 🍷
