Absolutely the best Gluten-free pizza I have ever had! Tiffany, our server was AMAZING. She delivered incredible customer service and was one step ahead with keeping our drinks full, and our plates full of pizza!
I eat Gluten Free and Scuola Vecchia makes their own GF dough for their pizza which almost no places do, most restaurants that serve pizza who have GF or cauliflower crust usually buy it from a distributor. This home made GF dough is excellent, very tasty. Their sauce is fresh and light, with quality cheese. Yes their prices are a bit higher than other places but I feel I get what I'm paying for. There's a sea of mediocrity out there and I prefer higher quality food and am happy to pay for it when I find it. The Neapolitan style is of course different than other pizza so it does depend on my mood as to which style (and therefore place) I go to. If you eat GF, then definitely try theirs to see what you think about it.
Great pizza and wings. Also, gluten free options that are really good. It is hard to find a gluten free pizza that is decent. Pasquale's does it right.
